Meet the Owner
Jayce Fitch, a North County San Diego native, attended high school locally before earning a tennis scholarship to UC Davis. He graduated with a degree in Biology and a minor in Communications.
With over 15 years of experience holding sales and leadership roles at top medical device, software, and technology companies, Jayce cultivated a passion for real estate early in his career. He began investing in properties and collaborating with property managers during this time, which ultimately inspired him to start Fitch Property Management Group.
Jayce founded Fitch Property Management Group to offer a fresh approach to property management by focusing on exceptional service, utilizing modern technology, and fostering lasting relationships. He currently lives in North County San Diego with his wife and three sons. In his spare time, Jayce enjoys coaching youth sports and camping with his family.
